Rough Week

Kaylee had a rough week at school. She fell twice and has the bruises and black eye to prove it. Apparently she has been clumsy, but she is also very busy and likes to run and act goofy. I hate looking at her eye. It looks so bad. A little girl at the mall today asked her what happened to her eye. One of her teachers said she has seen kids fall a lot when they enter a growth spurt. It would be great if Kaylee was growing taller, but I don't want her to get hurt in order to do it. I know it won't last forever but I feel like I need to follow her around and not let her out of my reach so I can catch her if she starts to fall. She didn't even get hurt this bad when she was learning to walk. Poor baby......
